Our Story
Something is missing…
When looking at the industries of healthcare and fitness, there is no shortage of advice or treatments on display, all too often packaged as fix-all’s with great amounts of certainty. Of course, from a self-proclaimed expert with “1000’s of success stories”. Meanwhile there remains a large gap between rehab and performance training.
I will not sell you a “system” or “method”. I will listen to your FULL story, help you learn about your body and training, and create a plan using the best available research evidence taking into consideration your history, experience, and goals to bridge that gap.
