Something was missing…

For countless years, when looking at our industry of health and fitness, we saw plenty of medical advice being given to athletes by someone with no experience as a serious athlete themselves. On the other hand, there’s an unlimited number of fitness “gurus” giving advice without any regard to what science shows. If you’re looking for a rehab experience guided by science-nerds who lift heavy things, run fast, jump high, and oh yeah…are clinical doctors…then you’ve come to the right place.

Q Willey

MA, PT, DPT, CSCS

Q was a lacrosse athlete at Brigham Young University and The University of North Carolina. He is now pursuing Olympic goals as a Bobsled athlete for USA Bobsled. He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, earned a Master's from The University of North Carolina in Exercise Physiology where he was an athlete, strength and conditioning coach, and a published author of several academic papers regarding cardiovascular health. Following his time at UNC, he earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions while continuing to be a strength coach for a local high school and local athletes as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Q has sought mentorship from groups such as Barbell Medicine, Clinical Athlete, Level Up, and other leading clinicians across the country. Q has had a special interest in "knees over toes" training through ATG since 2018, was made an honorary ATG coach, and continues to foster a positive relationship with Ben Patrick and all the ATG Family.
