He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, earned a Master's from The University of North Carolina in Exercise Physiology and becoming a published author of several academic papers regarding cardiovascular health. Following his time at UNC, he earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions while continuing to be a strength coach for a local high school and local athletes as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. After several seasons working as a Physical Therapist/Strength Coach in charge of return to play for UNC Football, he now offers in-person and long-distance private consultation and services for professional and collegiate teams, athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages across the world.
